The idea started small—just a quiet spark of inspiration after seeing a story about businesses finding meaningful ways to give back to their communities. It made me think about teachers.

Teachers are the heartbeat of our schools and communities. They show up every day—through early mornings, long afternoons, late nights, and countless unseen hours in between—pouring their energy, care, and dedication into their students and classrooms. They are planners, encouragers, problem-solvers, mentors, and a steady source of support for so many families.

And yet, so often, the extraordinary work they do goes unnoticed.

That’s why I created Everything Planned Gives Back—an initiative designed to celebrate and support the teachers who give so much of themselves.

Launching soon, this program will allow customers to nominate a deserving teacher to receive a complimentary Everything Planned Teacher Planner as a heartfelt thank-you for the impact they make each day.

Customers will also have the option to contribute at checkout with donations of $3, $5, $10, or a custom amount to help fund gifted planners for educators in need. Everything Planned will cover shipping costs and include each planner with a personalized certificate of appreciation, so every teacher who receives one feels recognized, valued, and celebrated.

Because sometimes, the smallest acts of gratitude can mean the most.
